We offer refunds under certain conditions outlined below. Please read carefully before placing your order.
Refund Eligibility
- We offer refunds only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- To be eligible, you must report any issue within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds in the following cases:
- If the product was opened, used, or tampered with.
- If the product was not stored properly after delivery (i.e., exposed to extreme heat).
- If your shipping address was incorrect or incomplete.
- If you fail to report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
- If your package was seized, delayed, or returned due to local/state hemp restrictions. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand applicable laws.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at info@dopeforreal.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- We will respond within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
🔄 Return Policy
Due to the nature of hemp products and federal regulations, we do not accept product returns once shipped, except in cases of shipping damage or fulfillment error.
We may request you to ship the damaged or incorrect product back to us for inspection. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
❌ Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before it ships:
- If you need to cancel, email us immediately at info@dopeforreal.com.
- If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
- We process orders quickly, typically within 1–2 business days, so cancellation requests must be made promptly.
⚠️ Shipping Issues and Lost Packages
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses or USPS/UPS errors.
- If a package is marked delivered but not received, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
- If your package is returned to sender, we will contact you to confirm a reshipment or partial refund (less original shipping costs).
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is:
- Broken, leaking, or crushed
- Wrong item or missing item
Please email us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the issue
- Description of the problem
We’ll resolve the issue quickly by reshipping or refunding as appropriate.
